Study On The Construction Of Tourist Soft Environment In Guizhou Minority Areas

Since the mid-last century,tourism has begun to develop in many countries around the world,and with the acceleration of globalization,it has attracted much attention from all countries.At present,tourism has been developed as a "sunrise industry" by governments of all countries,and thus become "the largest industry in the world".In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's tourism industry has also been fully developed.In February 2016,Li Jinzao,Director-General of the State Tourism Administration,put forward a new concept of developing "global tourism",which pushed China's tourism industry into a new historical period.Guizhou,as a large province with rich tourism resources,is famous at home and abroad for its magical and beautiful natural landscape,strong national folk customs,ancient and splendid cultural relics and historic sites,and refreshing climate.Especially at the beginning of 2016,Guizhou Province proposed that we should make strong data,big tourism and big ecology "three long boards" during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,and make tourism a pillar industry to promote Guizhou's development,which has brought an unprecedented development opportunity for Guizhou's tourism development.Based on the above analysis,this paper will be based on Guizhou,taking Xijiang Miaozhai in Leishan County as an example,to analyze the soft environment construction in the process of tourism development in ethnic areas.Tourism environment can be divided into two categories: hard environment and soft environment.Tourist hard environment includes tourism resources,transportation,scenic infrastructure and other elements.Tourist soft environment refers to tourism administrative environment,tourism market environment,tourism service environment,social and human environment,etc.The degree or level of tourism development is determined by the degree or level of tourism hard environment and soft environment construction.Tourism destination is the carrying space of tourism activities and the consumption platform of tourists.Whether it is tourism service or tourism landscape or unique scope,it is an important factor affecting tourists' choice.This scope goes beyond the concept of "overall tourism product".However,as an independent region,the tourist destination is usually far away from the source of tourists.When choosing a tourist destination,tourists should consider not only the factors of tourist landscape,but also the factors of soft environment of the tourist destination.Accordingly,the article will focus on the analysis of the relevant factors of tourism soft environment,clarify the elements of tourism soft environment,and through the case study of Xijiang Miaozhai tourism soft environment,try to find the main problems in the construction of tourism soft environment in Xijiang Miaozhai,in order to peek into the problems in the construction of tourism soft environment in Guizhou,with a view to formulating and improving tourism development policies for governments at all levels.
