Post Evaluation Of Some Electric Power Construction Project

Post-project evaluation provides basis for investment decisions of the Under construction and future construction projects, which summarizes the successful key factors and the experience of failure,meanwhile, makes project decision-making scientific and standardized. So governments and some organizations has paid more and more attention to this effective method, especially the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank , which fix the post-project evaluation as an important component in investment decision.Based on the particular characteristics of the power construction project, With A power plant for example,this paper analyses the economic benefit, social benefit ,and evaluation of the sustainability. Then based on this we establish the relevant index system.In a specific practical project evaluation , we use A power plant as an example. By economic benefit evaluation method, we calculate the corresponding financial index , reflecting the profitability of the project and enterprise, Operation ability, debt paying ability, development ability and so on . By social benefit of evaluation method, we summarize the effect to local economy , and evaluation the pollutant control in construction and operation with relative pollution treatment measures. Finally, we adopt the project successful degree method to evaluate comprehensively the A power plant and make the conclusion of this post-project evaluation.
