The construction and development of Chemical Industrial Park is very complex, which is a systematic process. There are several fields including cross-subjects, many dominical knowledge and experience.Nowadays, the government of Tianjin city is developing Binhai New Area, implementing the strategy of"industry eastern moving"and"chemical industry assembling". At the same time, Tianjin Lingang Industrial District is just being constructed as a Chemical Industrial Park. In its initial construction stage, for the administrators of the industrial park are lack of the experience of Chemical Industrial Park management, its development has been influenced deeply. There are some questions that include circumstance analyze of chemical industry, the construction of its software and hardware, and development management system.This article expounded the concept and relationships of"industry conglomeration","Lingang Industry", and"Chemical Industrial Park". The article studied the present situation and some questions of Tianjin Linggang Industrial District (including the chemical industry prosperity situation, the development conditions and tends of chemical industry in china and Tianjin). It summarized the developing trends of chemical industrial park, and summed up the success essence of chemical industrial park (including construction of park's software and hardware, the core concept of integration construction for Chemical Industrial Park). Considering the fact condition of Tianjin Linggang Industrial District, the article analyzed its SWOT which stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and pointed out several advices of strategy solutions for it which included industry development strategy, improving the ability of park base establishment and the supportive policy from government, development management system reform, the idea of business zoology system management, and so on). It made two special studies for the key issues of ethylene project and development management system reform, and formed these solutions to its development strategy. |
