Research On Optimization Design Of Lingang Logistics Park Of Weifang Based On SLP

With the rapid development of modern logistics in the world, it is becoming an important approach to promote regional economic integral increase that accelerates planning and construction of Logistics Park. Whether the internal layout is reasonable or not is a crucial factor which influences the development of the logistics park in the future. However, at present many logistics parks of our country neglect scientific planning and arrangement in the excessive pursuit of scale and efficiency in construction stage, which causes many operating problems.The thesis explains the theory about internal function area layout planning of Logistics Park systematically on the basis of domestic and foreign literature at first. Then it analyzes the current situation of the function layout in Weifang Lingang Logistics Park which is got by practical investigation and establishes the planning principles aiming at the existing problems. After that, it designs the function area layout optimization scheme of Lingang Logistics Park by SLP. In the end, it summarizes this research work and puts forward the prospects of function area layout planning of Logistics Park.All in all, the thesis links the theory with practice to get the function area layout optimization scheme of Weifang Lingang Logistics Park by the research method which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. The process of the research and the achievements is significant in terms of theory and practice to the improvement of internal function area layout planning of medium and small sized Logistics Park.
