Recently, the demand of elevator products is increasing speedily with exceeds 20 percent every year in China, as the biggest elevator market in the world, China market will keep a long period. With the fast development of manufacturing enterprises of elevators, the retain quantities of the elevators market are broadening continuously, the services market of elevators must move towards great prosperity.Xuzhou Shingling elevator Co. Ltd, a small elevator service enterprise only has three years development course .It starts late, and has a small market share, whose marketing ability is bad and is at the inferiority position in the intense market competition. As an elevator service enterprise, how to use own superiority to realize enterprise survival and the stable development becomes the urgent problem of the company.This article based on service marketing and related theory, First, has analyzed marketing environment of Xuzhou Shingling elevator limited company. Through the market investigation method, has understood the Xuzhou area elevator service market customer demand & satisfaction. Second, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, SWOT analysis and the other means are applied in the article According to local elevator service market condition and the company own marketing condition, the analysis of the market competition situation was carried on, and pointed out the main question existed in this company.
