The excellent tendency of the tourism industry's development and the active policy-support of the government have initiated investors' enthusiasm of exploiting the tourism. It has caused the national upsurge of the tourism exploiting emerged in endlessly with new ways of tourism that attracts the most people's attention. Leisure holiday-making economy, experience economy, hot spring economy become familiar to the ordinary people, especially leisure holiday-making has now become the most fashionable method of tourism, and is predominating the course of the tourism industry development.The kind of hot spring resort village adapts to the new things emerged under the great development trend of modern society. It continual upgrades the demand of the leisure holiday-making of tourists' satisfaction, utilizes the national resources of hot spring , combines folklores, historical legends with features of local culture etc., uses modern science and technology techniques to design a new kind of tourism according to different bathing styles. The birth of hot spring tourism caters to the demand of leisure era development. It greatly boosts the multi-exploiting of tourism resources and integrating management, providing a new thought for continual tourism development, driving the tourism industry from the present over-relying on the extensive development stage of natural and artificial scenes to a whole promotion of controllable intensive development stage. Meanwhile, it marks the tourism industry starting towards a management way of regulation, standardization and institutionalization.
