My real estate market in general situation of reform and opening up, after nearly 20 years of development, from simple price competition, the quality of competition towards brand competition. Known abroad, the domestic real estate development enterprises brands lag, for which domestic enterprises engaged in real estate development for the real estate brand marketing for the urgent need for in-depth study. This brand from the basic theory and methods by integrating a tender real estate industry representative typical cases, using a combination of theory and practice methods of verification, which we hope to be able to shape real estate development enterprise system and the implementation of the real estate brand with some brand strategy thinking, methods and recommendations.The use of brand operation theory, strategy and marketing from the perspective of our real estate business through accurate market position, use of its resources, and building real estate brands, the implementation of brand management strategy, the future fierce market competition, and follow the road to sustainable development.In the course of this study, the use of SWOT and STP brand positioning strategy for the real estate business analysis; From CIS unified theory made real estate enterprises customary identification system vision. The authors use a combination of these theories and presented their own businesses actual operational enterprise brand story ideas. For some real estate companies are developing a certain brand of reference and guidance.
