Study On The Methodology And The Indicator System Of Construction Project Sustainability Post Evaluation

Construction project sustainability post evaluation is the application of the theory of sustainable development in the project evaluation field. It is the important and new part of the system of construction project post evaluation. Currently, the research about construction project sustainability post evaluation is not embed enough and system. By reviewing the current researches on this field both domestic and abroad, the dissertation makes a detailed and systematic study about the theory, the methodology and the application of construction project sustainability post evaluation. This study established the indicator system of construction project sustainability post evaluation. The content and conclusion of the dissertation is as follows:(1) Studied the domestic and overseas research works and the development trend of sustainable development, post evaluation and construction project sustainability post evaluation. Based on the insufficiency of current research works, pointed out the content and fundamental research idea of the dissertation.(2) Studied the background, connotation and principle of sustainable-development, identified the concept and connotation of construction project sustainability, analyzed its theory foundation and influence factors.(3) Analyzed the current theory of post evaluation, studied the concept and characteristic of post evaluation, probed into the mostly content, evaluation method and basic procedure. Studied the concept, theory, content of construction project sustainability post evaluation.(4) On the basis of the principle and fundamental idea of establishing construction project sustainability post evaluation and the methods to select indexes, with the characteristic of construction project sustainability and the theory of post evaluation, established respectively the indicator system of construction project sustainability post evaluation.(5) Studied the methods to calculate the indicators, compute the indicators weight and standardize the indicators.
