With the development of global economy, corporate more and more regard to build a scientific and effective compensation system to response to global increasing business competition.In viewing of the needs of strengthening the construction of corporate compensation system in this thesis, the paper studies the theory of the components and their functions. With the review of changing process of corporate compensation system, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of corporate compensation system.With the discussion and analysis the actual cases which is the revolution of the compensation system of the 999 medical company, the cases analyze the problem and in-depth cause with the old compensation system of state company. It depict emphatically the 999 medical company how to deploy to reform something with the evaluating position, market research, design of fixed compensation of level, floating proportion of compensation, principle of changing compensation, the way of communication and so on. The study explain the company how to build theoretically and practically the more intestine equity, external equity, individual equity and processing equity thought and principle of compensation included with the way of realization and flow according to position, skill and performance.
