Since 90's in 20 centuries, the world economy took place historic variety. The typical phenomenon is that various enterprises begin to carry on international business because of the information revolution and the economic globalization. After joining the WTO, the international business activity will get rapid development. There are many nations and culture crosses along internationalization. Human resource management owns its specialties besides traditional management characters. Therefore the design of corporate compensation system of the cross culture business enterprise is a tough challenge to enterprise internationalize. Compensation system is the important portion of components with modern human resource. It decide directly corporate obtain the living space and human resource in this global economy and knowledge economy time. With the development of global economy, corporate more and more regard to build a scientific and effective compensation system to response to global increasing business competition.In viewing of the needs of strengthening the design of corporate compensation system in this thesis, the paper studies the theory of the components and their functions. The paper analyzes the problems and causes of corporate compensation system. and put forward the resolution and strategy. The paper took the Chinese excellent enterprise "ZTE" as an example. It depict emphatically "ZTE" how to deploy to reform something with the evaluating position, design of fixed compensation of level, design of the bonus and Stock Option, principle of changing compensation, design of the welfare and so on. The study explain the company how to build theoretically and practically the more intestine equity, external equity, individual equity and processing equity thought and principle of compensation included with the way of realization and flow according to position, skill and performance.In the end, the thesis brings a large number of changes of corporate compensation system with the revolution of economic system. In order to adapt the development and change, the revolution and build of compensation system is crucial problem in the period of time of the future. It set up the way of the future research.
