Then, now it is very important issue of Hunan NO.6 Building and installation engineering limited corporation how to adjust and complete the organization and structure of enterprise to match the strategic layout of enterprise, and how to optimize the organization to insure key competitiveness and to win a position under the furious competition in the field of architecture. Therefore, corresponding to the analysis on inner or outer developing surroundings of company, management resources, and management model and procedure, the thesis is to establish a set of scientific project on reconstruction of organization, according with the current of enterprise and strategic requirement.The thesis promotes the idea of coordination between Unitary and Multidivisional Structure (in short UMS). On the condition of formation of Three Centers ----- decision center, profit center and cost center, with the comprehensive consideration of relevant facts among product manufacture, district management and function department, four major management structure systems are to be formed ----- multidivisional structure(also called project management corporation ), regional company, project manager headquarters, and function department. The four systems have its own advantages, and has good linking between their management program. And some suggestions are declared to solve a certain possible barriers in the process of project actualization.This thesis not only emphasizes particularly on the strategy of selection of organization structure, but also introduces the active facts which influence the organization implement, and especially discusses why organization framework is the key to make profit. |
