In the times of knowledge economy, HR has been the most cherish and scarce resources all of over the world. The illustrates that, the continuous development of an enterprise lies on the employee's knowledge, ability, creativity, working efficiency and determination of gaining success. Simultaneously, it also rests with their foresight and courage of daring to make the important decision. The various training that act according to actual circumstances for employees, just can not only impart the vast technologies, but also strengthen the dedicated spirit of the stuffs. faced with construction of shanghai international marine center and international container junction port, shanghai pilot station(SPS) , as pioneer of the shanghai harbor ,has a very good chance to developing himself ,however, he will be faced with stern challenge. Therefore shanghai pilot station should improve himself in all the aspects, especial in human resource. The design and implement of scientific and systematic training procedure is urgent, at one time, is the feasible measure to add fuel to the fire for the company's development.This paper analyses some problems and the situation in SPS training, and with systematic though, points out that establishing modern enterprise training procedure is the fundamental solution that solves SPS training problems. Author has summed up the foundation of summarizing domestic and international training theoretical and enterprise practice, and gives some complement to old training procedure, and divides the new training procedure into three-layer framework which consists core level, system level and operation level, and combining SPS training reality, points out the existent gap and effort direction in every link.This paper includes five parts; the first part is preface; in the second part ,it is introduces the concepts of the human resource management and basic theory of training; in the third part ,it concentrates on exploring the detailed information of SPS, including the background, the difficulties or problems on training practice; in the following part , the author divides the new training procedure into three three-layer framework, and core level, system level and operation level have been discussed respectively. And in the last part, it makes a conclusion. |
