Business process reengineering, as one of the most effective theory, is develop rapidly in recent years, for it is useful to promote enterprises themselves in comprehensive ability and continuous practice and competition with other companies. Thus, it has great influence on the development of enterprises.This paper took the production business process of Dong Fang Turbine Co., Inc. as main research object, by the use of BPE analysis method to analyze the importance and necessary of business process reengineering under "strategic resources take" situation. At the same time, combined with the production process analysis methodology, this paper analyzed piping manufacturing process in the actual investigation and found that the main disadvantages of and problems existing in the process. Under the condition of meeting piping manufacturing flexibility and enterprise development strategy of both generality demand, the basic idea of Process reengineering is to completely integrate production resources and management resources, to make the emphasis transform the real production program to the level of the production process as the core, and then to form a new model of process reengineering.With the help of new analysis methods, this paper used dialectical method of the resource balance calculation and flexible production theory to conduct evaluation and analysis under Corporate strategy, combining the enterprise’s strategic development target were d under the framework of enterprise’s strategic development target.This thesis was divided into five chapters:the first chapter expounded the development of process reengineering theory and research purpose and the significance of this thesis; the second chapter was to investigate and analyze the piping manufacturing under the present situation of the business process; The third chapter mainly introduced piping manufacturing business process reengineering; The fourth chapter was about practice and summary of the process reengineering; and the last chapter is conclusion.The conclusion of this paper showed that the piping branch current manufacturing business process has some problem in the business process, process flow, value chain structure, and organization, etc., which will restrict the market competition in the future. From the resource balance calculation and flexible manufacture demand two aspects, this paper conducted piping manufacturing business process reengineering (organization, value chain, etc.) under the framework of enterprise development strategy which increased efficiency and market competitiveness.
