In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the airlines, this paper describes a unified, centralized and professional station management mode that can enhance ground handling capabilities and realize consistency of service products among stations, by means of managements of contracts, audits, training and communication.With detailed study in the historical and present situations of DF Airlines’ station management, it brings forward four problems and their solutions which include Administration Management, Operation Management, Budget Management and Assessment Management. On one hand, the station management modes of outstanding domestic and international airlines are compared in advantages and disadvantages to improve DF’s mode. On the other hand, by study of organization transformation and process reengineering, the author finds Corporate Strategy and Objectives, Culture, Inner and Outer Environment are the most important variables for DF airlines. Finally, improvement of DF’s station management mode is carried out from Organization Structure, Hub Set-up, Non-hub Set-up, Effective and Time Management, KPI Assessment Index and etc.After the introduction of improvement of DF’s mode, a comparison analysis is conducted between DF and outstanding airlines, the risk assessment is made for potential problems and precautionary measures are prepared accordingly.All the viewpoints here are based on the author’s personal work accruement and advanced experiences of distinctive foreign counterparts, which are extracted from data analysis and theory research. It is hopeful that this mode will be well carried out in actual practice.
