| The agriculture,the countryside and the farmer question are three major issues that relates our country's economy and the social development overall situation.Party's 16 session of Fifth Plenary Session has made the important strategic decision to construct new socialist countryside. Through more than one-year-practice,the new rural construction has won initial success.This article takes the present situation of Anhui Province Chuzhou new rural reconstruction as the object of study ,through analyzes earnestly with the summary,the discoveries are:First,we have discovered that the new rural construction of Chuzhou city mainly has 5 kinds of basic patterna,which are "the industrial impetus","the capable person leads","the specialized organization impetus","the city impetus","the service econnmy impetus",these patterns appear apper in Chouzhou,middle East China,suiting to promote in Central China area,the East China area,also may provide the advisory opinion for the rural construction in other areas.Second,these five kinds of patterns all have certain application probabilities,however,considering the two angles of the economical development and social construction,this article thinks that it can be divided into two types:advantageous in the two cultures communal development and more advantageous to the economical development.This discovery has provided ponder angle of positively and the two cultures communal development for governments ai all levels throughout when selecting economy development pattern. Third,this article has discovered and induced the questions emerged in the process of new rural construction model innovation and promoting of Chouzhou city,and put forward the countermeasures.These question come from the practice,and these countermeasures have very strongly pointed.This aspects' conclusion in this article has the dierct reality guiding sense to Chouzhou and other new rural construction of the similar economic region. |
