Research On The Implementation Problem And Countermeasure Of ERP Centralized Financial Management System In TIANHONG Group Company

Using the way of literature reading, depth talking and questionnaire survey, as well as adopting the research method combing the empirical study and criterion study, this paper analyses in detail and researches thoroughly on the financial management problem which existed in the implementation of TIANHONG Group Company and proposed the corresponding measure and the strategies, with the purpose of providing the reference and the instruction for the TIANHONG Group Company in the next stage implementation of ERP centralism financial management system.The paper divides into seven parts altogether. The first part is introduction. It introduces the research background and the significance. The second part for the theory summary, elaborated the ERP theory and its development situation, the group enterprise financial management and it's the development tendency, the application of ERP centralism financial management and its development tendency. The third part introduces the background of EPR centralism financial management system implements in TINGHONG Group Company, analyses the dilemma that the financial management faced before the implement of ERP centralism financial management system. The fourth part explains the ERP centralism financial management system implementation goals and the implementation condition of TIANHONG Group Company and enumerated all problems exiting in the implementation process. The fifth part analyzes the problem and the potential problem and their resons that exist in the implementation process of ERP centralism financial management system in TIANHONG Group Company. The sixth part proposes the corresponding solution countermeasure for the problem exists in implementation process of the ERP centralism financial management system. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of this paper.
