The Development Plan For The Chengdu TangLake Forest Residential Project

This development plan is called the Chengdu Tanglake Forest Residential Project, is a real one carried out by the Sichuan Xinhui Group company at Dongsheng Township, Shuangliu County. I have been engaged in this project for internship, participating in such activities as preparing, designing and drafting the plan. During the early days of the project we conducted market research, competition analysis, and then st to design the project. We design and draft the plan for understand the present competitive situations, identify the market opportunities, and locate the position of the project according to which product design, marketing plan and sales decision are conducted. Besides, we have to analyze the economic feasibilities and risks of the project, with measures prepared in advance.Having worked for three months assessing the location advantages of the plot, we identified an ecological residential example as the project positioning, which conforms to the mainstream living mode of this generation. Furthermore, we design such a image as downtown apartments in mansion style to describe the beautiful environment and good view as well as Cheering feeling of the project. To cater to buyers' demand we classify apartments in different square meter ranging from 80 to 220, and priced 2800 RMB per square meter for residential, 8800RMB for commercial and 55000 for each parking plot.
