| In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,has entered a stage of economic transformation,industrialization,urbanization progress accelerated development.As the saying goes:economic development,electric power first,a region’s economic development can not be separated from the supply of electricity and energy.Since the reform and opening up,China’s energy and power development has achieved remarkable achievement,but China’s energy supply,energy security,environment and other issues outstanding;at the same time,"13th Five-Year" plan requires rigid growth of power demand.This will make the distribution network construction project appear explosive growth,especially the residential distribution project,but being limited by the Power Grid Corp’s management system and management mode,to put the distribution network project management methods and propulsive efficiency into practice is not easy,which means scientific,specific management methods are constantly to be explored and summarized.How to use modern project management thinking,combined with the actual situation of Power Grid Corp,to scientificly and effectively manage the whole process of distribution network project,will become an important issue the Power Grid Corp concern about.This thesis,taking the residential distribution project of the S power supply company as the research object,studys the whole process of it.This thesis first analyzes and reviews the research status of project management at home and abroad,and points out the shortcomings of the actual situation of power grid company and power engineering,and then determines the direction and overall framework of concrete research.From the concept and characteristics of the project management to power engineering management,this thesis made a full and detailed introduction of the project management theory,respectively,from the four aspects of progress,quality,cost,safety.Then,combined with the characteristics of the project,the thesis expatiates and summarizes the current situation of the management of the S power supply company,reveals the existing problems and sums up the control content and the concrete measures of the project management objectives.Finally,taking the M residential distribution project of S power supply company as an example,it shows the implementation of effective control measures of the project,combined with the control means of project management,expounding the application of project management and effective control theory in all aspects of project management;it demonstrates the implementation effect of the four goals of progress,quality,cost and safety in the application of the project improvement plan,summarizes the problems that may be encountered in the management process,and the solutions,providing a practical and effective experience for the residential distribution project management in the futhure. |
