Since the upcoming of economic globalization and information times, many companies in different countries are confronted with more and more severe market competition, both from the domestic and the overseas. In order to be more adaptable, to get and maintain advantages in competition, the companies pay more attention to finding an effective way of increasing the productivity and total performance organization. Thus, the function of performance management is becoming more and more obvious. To the companies, how to design and set up a scientific performance management system, suitable to the company's strategic development, is a very important topic.HG has been using the traditional performance assessment means, which lays particular stress on the financial index, from its foundation date. As the company is continuously developing, the present performance management system is getting more and more difficult for strategies to be carried out. So repositioning and redesigning the performance management system, to improve the company's general performance and push strategic targets realization becomes a problem, needed to be settled urgently by HG. If this problem can be solved effectively, it will supply some experience and guidance for other companies to study and practice.After an analysis of the problems existed in the performance management, a study on the theories, a mixture of the natural and quantitative analysis, a general use of the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators and the ability model, the article innovates and sets up a new performance management model, based on results...
