It probes into the relationship of mutual influence and mutual adaptability of the influence of enterprise informatization on organizational structure and the way for organizational design to meet the needs of enterprise informatization.The thesis carrys on the overview with related theories of organizational structures and enterprise first. Second, this text analyzes various factors of the influence on organizational structure, pointing out that distribution and accumulation of knowledge, organizational environment, organizational strategy and organizational scale is the four main factor that affects the organization structure and that other factors is under supervision of these four factors or related with the factors in some degree. Third, the relation model of enterprise informatization with organizational structure is set up on the foundation, pointing out that the thesis lay particular emphasis on the research of enterprise informatization pass to organize the structure factor to the influence of function make organize the structure occurrence variety, the competition ability of the thus end to build up business enterprise.
