Study On Knowledge Transfer Based On Knowledge Flow During Enterprise Informatization Implementation

As is now well known,a great deal of knowledge is concealed in product and participators'brains during the enterprise informatization implementation,if it can't be effectively translated into common knowledge,otherwise,project will not do the trick。This paper's objective is that it discusses thoroughly how to put knowledge transfer in practice successfully during the enterprise informatization implementation,and offers general solution for the informatization project。This paper studies key problems of knowledge transfer during the enterprise informati-zation implementation,according to knowledge flow theory,builds a reference model integrated knowledge flow and work flow,and then constructs knowledge transfer model based on knowledge flow and knowledge transfer game model。Meanwhile,this paper analyzes effect factors of knowledge transfer during the enterprise informatization implementation,then in the light of questionnaire investigation data,analyzes essentiality of effect factors in use of structure equation model。This paper's main content lies in:1,Firstly,it systemically studies knowledge concept,characters,classification and connotation of knowledge transfer,proceeds from knowledge and knowledge participators involved in informatization project,and then analyzes knowledge flow's coming into being and builds a reference model integrated work flow and knowledge flow,so it establishes a foundation for later knowledge flow research。2,This paper interprets knowledge transfer process during the enterprise informatization implementation,after studying knowledge transfer strategies and transfer manners in detail,constructs knowledge transfer model based on knowledge flow,and then from economic perspective,it analyzes knowledge transfer game model。3,It discusses profoundly effect factors of knowledge transfer,makes a detailed analysis on availability,transferor,accepter,strategy and environment。It gets data through questionnaire investigation,and sets up concept model and research hypothesis according to structure equation theory,moreover,makes use of confirmatory factors analysis to test the hypothesis,finally obtains essentiality sequence of effect factors。...
