The Study On The Food Safety Of Government Regulation

Nowadays food safety has become the focus of attention, the food quality and safety has been getting reinforced by the international community,but problems of government regulation are still not studied enough. So it is urgent to reinforce the relevant governmental regulation . This essay does the primary research on our governmental regulation on product quality in five parts. Firstly, based on the synthesizing and deepening on theories of government regulation inside and outside of China, this research topic summarized one of the most important measures of food safety is government regulation . Secondly, from market failure government failure and voluntary failure, this research focus on how to successfully realize the food safety of government regulation , set up a theoretical system of government regulation. Thirdly, by the study of Fuyang milk and SudanⅠ,the cases analysis the reason of food safety,and how to solve the problem of Fuyang milk and SudanⅠ.The best choice of government regulation on the problem of food safety is not to provide the perfect market, the perfect government or the perfect non-government organization,it does need us set up the regulation of cooperation in order to reinforce the food safety of government regulation.
