| The article analyses the characteristics of scientific research work, scientific researchers and their needs. On the bases on the typical motivation theories (Maslow,A.H's Need Theory and Herzberg, F's Motivation-hygiene Factors Theory), the article establishes six factors(Salary, Organization, Management, Environment, Growth and Evaluation) as the motivation-hygiene Factors in scientific research work, and establishes three motivation models for scientific research work. Combined with the work of the writer, the article also analyses and evaluates the motivations in the Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. |
