One of the important reasons for the long term existence of any enterprise is the motivation and work motivation of the management department. It is an important factor for the long-term development of the enterprise to manage the employees' motivation and work motivation. Therefore, the choice is suitable for Mongolia's cultural, personality and psychological characteristics of the motivation system and operational methods to improve the study. Mongolia Mobile Company in the world economic crisis of the past few years, it is imperative for the staff activity organization and coordination principles, contents and management information and decision-making staff and other links were analyzed and the; of "informed" mode of leadership, "sell" mode of leadership, "participation" mode of leadership, "authorized" leadership model of; to use career incentives, environmental incentives, institutional incentive management mechanism; find suitable for Mongolia Mobile atmosphere and platform to retain employees, salary to keep the welfare for employees, retain staff, training to retain employees, emotional retain employees, enterprise culture retention of employees incentive methods.In this paper combining domestic and foreign research and analysis work motivation on the basis of reference existing more mature structure of the work motivation model again appropriate modifications on the questionnaire according to the research needs, through in Mobicom and Skytel company employee questionnaires, the data for statistical analysis, at the end of the paper, suitable for Mongolian characteristics of the structure of the work motivation model, and puts forward the two companies to use the methods and measures of the structure of the work motivation model.The purpose of this paper is to highlight the basic reasons for the characteristics of Mongolian people to set up the motivation structure model of the company. In order to achieve the purpose of research, puts forward the motivation theory, method and the development direction, corporate incentive and employee motivation, characteristics of the staff and workers of the Mongolia and Mongolia mobile communication company data and to investigate the causes of influencing the Mobicom and Skytel company employee motivation and goal. Based on the investigation results, the structure model of work motivation is designed, which is suitable for the characteristics of workers in Mongolia. At the same time, it puts forward two companies to use the working motivation structure model to improve the motivation measures of the two companies employees. Found the reasonable motivation, to achieve the purpose, the importance of its theory and practice is management of the staff and workers of the company can be reference to the structure of the work motivation model, culture can be used for reference to study the direction of Management University, college, undergraduate education and research.
