In recent years, the world economic situation is grim, many enterprises are on the verge of bankruptcy, the enterprise wants to survive and develop, it must continue to innovate, technological innovative talents as the main body of innovation, how to exert its innovation behavior as much as possible is the problem that the enterprise must attach importance to. To this end, we need to explore what impact the innovation behavior of technological innovative talents.In an interview of 24 technological innovative talents,we have found that job characteristics is an important factor affect employee innovation behavior,17 people referred to the impact of some characteristics of the work itself on their work performance, including the work pressure, task complexity, the need for knowledge and skills, task significance, etc.., and there are 14 people reflects the organization support issues, for employees, superiors on behalf of the organization, its behavior will become an important indicator of the staff to determine whether the organization to support or not.Therefore, we consider it necessary to investigate the influence of job characteristics and supervisor support for technological innovative talents’ innovation behavior in the Chinese context, in order to take targeted measures to enhance employee innovation behavior.On the basis of literature review, The relationship between job characteristics, intrinsic motivation and innovative behavior is discussed in this paper. this paper also studies the moderating effect of supervisor support on the relationship between job characteristics and innovation behavior. Finally this paper try to open the "black box" between job characteristics and employee innovation behavior, verify the mediation effect of intrinsic motivation and points out its degree.This paper uses questionnaire method, the sample derive from the technological innovative talents of companies, mainly concentrated in Nanjing,Jinan,etc,247 valid questionnaires we rereceived. This paper use SPSS 16.0 statistical software for sample analysis,reliability analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, etc.In this paper, the research conclusions are as follows:For technological innovative talents of Chinese enterprises job characteristics have a positive impact on innovation behavior; job characteristics has a positive impact on intrinsic motivation; intrinsic motivation plays an intermediary role in the process of job characteristics’ influence on innovation behavior; supervisor support moderat indirect effect of skill variety, task significance and task autonomy on innovation behavior.
