China's tyre industry is facing a series of problems such as the dramatic price rise for raw materials and the fierce competition. Guizhou Tyre Co. Ltd., a large scale stated shareholding enterprise of national top ten and international top 75, has exposed some systematic problems in overstaffed organizations, obstacles to internal communication and low efficiency, which are impeding the promotion of management in enterprises.This essay emphasizes the necessity of restructuring on the basis of analysis about the outer environment it exists, the status quo and problems of its organizational structure. In addition, the essay also suggests a new organizational structure featuring decentralization through the systematic analysis of its production process, strategic plan, and the comparison of different organization structures in suitability. Under the thoughts of department, being customer---orientated, and concentrating on process, It reorganizes the organizational structure and makes some advices on the implementation of the reform. In order to adjust to the great changes of environment and meet the requirements of its strategic plan, it must undertake reform firmly.
