Enterprise Crisis Inducement is direct factor inducing EnterpriseCrisis, Many scholars think that abrupt change from environment are themain cause of enterprise crisis. Certainly, the change of environment isone of the cause of enterprise crisis, but enterprise crisis have a goodrelationship with interior factor in enterprise. And we are familiar withmany crisis being from administrative factor. Research on enterprisecrisis inducement has significance for theoretics and routine managementof enterprise crisis, will be in favor of enhancing managerial effect incrisis paln, crisis identification, crisis disposal and crisis renewal.will be in favor of making a good decision on crisis management, andtransfer the crisis management from "abnormal management" to "routinemanagement".Existing research place too much attention to the success than crisisand failure of enterprise, Researches on crisis to be less attended. Thisresults in a less well-deveolped theory on enterprise crisismanagement(ECM). With too much work being diverted to case studies and datadescription. This situation must making difficult to form a systemictheory on enterprise crisis management. This paper apply empiricalresearch, make a systemic research on enterprise crisis inducement basingon literitures review. Some main resultes are provided as follows:1. A systemic definition of enterprise crisis is provided. Aftercomparing a lot of definition of enterprise crisis by different scholarfrom crisis research literitures, I gave a systemic definition includingthe cause, condition, character and the outcome of crisis.2. A comparative research on enterprise crisis inducement have made. Aenterprise have a lot of crisis inducement, and this paper concluded thatenterprise crisis inducement can be sort into four classes basing on literitures review, such as enterprise culture and psychology,enterprise organization structure, information communication andchange from exterior environment. After analyze the limitation of theseenterprise crisis research, and then to set up a whole model for onenterprise crisis inducement.3. The empirical research on enterprise crisis inducement isprovided. This paper gives a systematic introduction to the process ofempirical research, including the design of questionnaire, measurement ofthe variables, design of samples, analytical methods of the statisticanalytical methods etc. and then tests the theoretical hypothesis, theresult of which has proved that the model is correct. Enterprise crisisinducement can be divided into three groups as change andinterference, interior management, diffusion and intension. We alsoprovide the full components of those classes of enterprise crisisinducement.4. pre-condition of enterprise crisis is provided. This papergeneralize several pre-condition of enterprise crisis basing onsystematic research on enterprise crisis inducement. These results willbe help to enterprise crisis management in advance.5. Case studies on enterprise crisis inducement. We carried out a majorcase study for four enterprises including two enterprises with successfulmanagement of crisis and two enterprises with unsuccessful management ofcrisis. After the case studies, it puts forward corresponding measures andthe result of the case study has not only further verified the rationalityof such model, but also has provided the theoretical basis and praticalguidance for the enterprise to manage enterprise crisis.
