Research On Transnational Corporations' Investment In Jiangxi

This thesis discusses the location idea in the theory of the international corporations' oversea direct investment. Now the aim of international corporations' foreign investment is the perfect combination of self-strategy and the location of host nation. Next the new choose of location when the international corporations enforce investment in China came on. Past most of international corporations' investment located the coastal area in China, but last five years this position has changed. More and more foreign investment is distributed to five provinces of central China. Jiangxi province belongs to central china, which has taken the first place in foreign capital intake for three consecutive years during the tenth five - year plan. So, this thesis analyzes the foreign investment status in Jiangxi from parent country of investment industry ways of investment location etc and use theory to explain the phenomena. At last, it analyzes the defect of foreign investment in Jiangxi province or what's the cause and gives some policies. The aim of this thesis is taking a reference for Jiangxi province and other provinces in central China when they attract foreign investment during the eleventh five-years plan.
