The Chinese enterprises started in 1979, and the Chinese companies' transnational business began to take shape in this 30 years. The ability and opportunity of the Chinese companies' transnational investment and participation in the international division of labor is increased, transnational investment's enthusiasm is higher,but the China government's policy is not in place,and the law is imperfect.the transnational investment shows the disorder and lack of development power in large.The exsit international investment theories suit to the developed countries' transnational business,not for the Chinese companies which have its own unique advantage and weakness.So it's worth of discussing how to solve these problems according to the actual situation in China.When it becomes the trend that the mutinational corporations to be the main part of the international economic activities,it's sure that modernization needs the modern multinational corporations.To choose which location and what kind of entry mode for the Chinese cooperations have the important theory and practical significance,it is forward-looking to solve these problem for the development of the Chinese transnational business.In this article,By building the location choice model and comparing with all kinds of the entry mode,drawing the advanced theory about the investment and the location choice, analysing the status of the companies inward and the market condition outward,according to the strength and weakness of Chinese cooperations,to think about the resource competition and optimize the allocation of resources,to solve the problems and countermeasures met in the transnational business.To get the method for location choice and the entry mode,and discuss the utilities of the DEA/AHP model in the location choice.
