| The Tacit Knowledge management has become an effective strategic tool for theenterprise which facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market environmentto buildthe core capabilities and competitive advantage. On the investigation of many cases, thecompany X found that knowledge management and performance are closely related in themain business area.Firstly, based on the knowledge-based economy as the background of modernmanagement, this thesis pointed out that knowledge is an important source of the enterprisesto maintain the long-term competitiveness. The practice must have the appropriate theory forguidance. The second part is the review of the knowledge management, the knowledgetransfer and the knowledge sharing. I have chosen the most important aspects ofknowledge-sharing to be explored, including the connotation, the process, the influencingfactors and the support mechanism. And then continue the discussion start by the knowledgemanagement strategy of the Company X.In the fourth part of the article, I studied the knowledge transfer in the organization ofCompany X, analyzed the knowledge transfer technology, focused on the management of thetacit knowledge and the core values of the Company X, pointed out the promotion mechanismto enhance the tacit knowledge management in Company X. Also I described the type ofknowledge transfer challenges and encountered resistance, analyzed these resistance typesfrom different point of views. The purpose is to provide a reference for the successfulimplementation of knowledge transfer. Finally, based on the dialectical relationship betweentacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, I figured out the most import thing is to build afacilitating mechanism for the knowledge transfer, exchange and sharing. Moreover, Icontinued the discussion on how Company X builds its promotion mechanism of tacitknowledge management from five aspects.In the fifth section of the paper, based on the analysis of the necessity of establishingevaluation system and the evaluation principles, I pointed out the evaluation system of thetacit knowledge management process. This is also one of the key search results of this paper.According to this evaluation system model of tacit knowledge management of Company X,we can do an objective evaluation. Keep monitoring the relevant vital elements of tacitknowledge management as the feedback from the evaluation system and finding thebottleneck in the implementation of tacit knowledge management. Revise the behavior whichcontradicted with the objectives constantly to improve the management of tacit knowledge. |
