The Analysis Of Sichuan Telecom Competitive Ability

The theory analysis the main telecom enterprises, specially for Telecom and Mobile of Sichuan province on the studying of enterprise' competitiveness. Sichuan Telecom is the superior company of Sichuan Telecom industry, but it's market ratio is decline along with the other telecom companies joined, such as Sichuan Mobile, Sichuan Unicom, Sichuan CNC going into sharing the market ratio. The development of Sichuan Mobile resulting in Sichuan telecom is faced with heavier competition stress. The Sichuan Mobile becomes the main competitor of Sichuan Telecom in Sichuan province.In order to analysis the integration competitiveness of Sichuan Telecom and Sichuan Mobile, firstly, we designed the evaluation index which compose of finance index, operation index, market index, running index, management index, organizing structure index. We measure the finance and running indexes thought two companies inner data, and measure the other four indexes thought marketing investigation. Secondly, we compared the superiority and disadvantage of the two companies. Thirdly, we adopted the PCA method to evaluate the competitiveness of the two companies, the Sichuan Telecom is stronger than Sichuan Mobile as a whole, but is faced with some competing threaten. At last, we put forward some advance for Sichuan Telecom in order to improving its enterprises competitiveness.
