| High-tech enterprises are regarded as the carriers of high-tech industry, whose overall level determine the development situation of high-tech industry, and influence the level of economic development of a country or a region. Recent years, Sichuan province has achieved a series of excellent success in the development of high-tech industry, a great number of leading high-tech enterprises stand out from the keen market competition, which have played a key role in driving the economic development and improving the competitiveness of high-tech industry of Sichuan. With the intensifying of market competition, the leading high-tech enterprises in Sichuan can continue to be invincible in the fierce competition that lies in their competitiveness.In the situation, it is exigent to investigate the competitiveness of leading high-tech enterprises in Sichuan and search for the strategies and approaches of improving the competitiveness. The thesis based on the basic theories of enterprise's competitiveness, in order to analyze the competitiveness of the high-tech enterprises, the author constructed an index system for analysis, and then analyse and compare the competitiveness of representative enterprises applying the Multi-Level Principal Component analysis based on factor analysis and benchmarking. On the one hand, it hopes to exemplify the application of the two methods in practice through positive analysis; on the other hand, it wants to discover the problems through analysis and contrast. In addition, we try our best to search for various information, basing on the overall acquisition to enterprises, to analyse competitiveness situation of leading high-tech enterprises in various industries, finally we find out some widespread problems. In the end, the author provides some advices for enhancing competitiveness and policy suggestion according to the problems, all these will be a guidance for the enterprises and the policy makers. |
