In recent years, China's telecommunication has developed a lot. The extensive use of the technology of P2P leads to the increase of the cost of internet, which makes telecommunication operators seek new opportunities to make their business paying off.Telecommunication is an industry of service. Servicing is the foundation for telecommunication's existence and development, as well as the value that telecommunication presents. The service quality directly affects telecommunicational enterprises' existence and development. Therefore, only when telecommunicational enterprises provide excellent service, the customers can be attracted and satisfied. In terms of attracting more customers, the competition between telecommunicational enterprises is shifting from the competition of net resources to the competition of differentiating services. Good service has become the consequential factor in the marking package of telecommunication.This thesis employs Marketing Management, Strategical Management and other MBA related theories to study Sichuan Telecommunication's management in the broadband market and analyze the self features of Sichuan Telecommunication's service on broadband market and the features of the broadband market. Some exploring achievements have been made.In this thesis, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are both employed, and the inductive research plays a primary role, while the positivist research works as a minor role to study the following subjects: 1 The study of the external and internal environment of Chinese telecommunicational operators' broadband market. 2 The study of Sichuan Telecommunication's market. 3. The influence of P2P technology on telecommunicational operators. 4 Sichuan Telecommunication's marketing model of broadband service under the impact of P2P technology. In the situation of the increasingly harsh competition on the business of telecommunication's broadband service, the author puts forward a series of creative marketing strategies through the study of Sichuan Telecommunication's broadband service in order to raise. The core competency of telecommunicational enterprises by improving the service of broadband and make it own larger market scale and much more profit.The study on the creative marketing strategies of Sichuan Telecommunication's broadband service is helpful for other telecommunicational operators in China and is helpful for the deepening of service marketing theory in telecommunicational industry.
