Strategic System Research On Green City Development

With the rapid development of society and economy and with people's living standards rising unceasingly, the voice of environmental protection allover the world rises increasingly, so does the environmental demand of people. With the environment protected and renovated, the idea that environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit should be coordinated has become the world common recognition. Green city embodies this kind of common recognition specifically. This paper studied green city as a compound system of green culture and green environment, which will have important realistic meaning for the sustainable development of green city. The main results of this paper are as follows:First, based on the synthetic analyses of the theories of city forest, city forestry and green city domestic at home and abroad, the intension of green city was presented.Secondly, guided by systematic theory and method and based on the development law of green city itself as well as designing principles of assessment indictor system, the quantitative assessment indicator system was established. Then, this set of assessment method was applied to "Green Nan Jing "from the year 2002 to the year 2005 by means of modified Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on fuzzy consistent matrix considering the limitations of AHP. Some referential conclusions were drawn that : in terms of green city development maturity , the city of Nanjing was in the state of weak or medium-weak maturation development; in terms of green culture maturity, the city of Nanjing was not as good as the domestic advanced cities; in terms of green industry development maturity, except the year 2002 in the state of medium-weak maturation development, the city of Nanjing was in the state of immature development, immature development and close-to-medium-weak maturation development, respectively; in terms of green ecology development maturity, except the year 2002 year in the state of weak maturation development, Nanjing was in the state of medium-weak development.In the last part of this paper, on the foundation of above research and the appraisement result of "Green NanJing", the construction of "Green NanJing" system was further studied. The goal of distant view of the year 2020 of "Green NanJing" was made, so were the stage goals. Then, the corresponding scheme system was designed, and the specific green culture, ecology, garden and industry for "Green NanJing"were also made. In the end, business mode and guarantee systems of "Green NanJing" were designed.
