Analysis On The Influence Of Green Investment On The Development Level Of Green Ecnomy

Green economy refers to reducing the consumption of resources and environmental pollution in the process of economic development,which is in line with sustainable development.Long-term since,our country economic growth mainly depends on factor inputs such as labor,capital,although in the past for a period of time has been a rapid development,but correspondingly are also facing a series of problems,such as long-term,relying on traditional fossil energy input to cause environmental pollution,smog occurs frequently throughout the country,the environmental situation is serious,environment management is becoming more and more imminent.In his government work report for 2015,premier li keqiang referred to the shift from old growth drivers to new ones,trying to achieve environmental protection by transforming the mode of economic development.In his speech at the second plenary session of the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee,general secretary xi jinping put forward the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and the concept of green development was mentioned for the first time.It can be seen that China's development mode of attaching importance to the speed of economic development and ignoring environmental protection has become a history,and the promotion of green economic development has been highly recognized and valued by the society.As a financial activity with the main purpose of ecological protection and environmental governance,green investment has practical significance for improving the quality of economic development and the level of green economic development For this reason,this paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of green investment's influence on green economy on the basis of summarizing previous studies.Later,on the basis of accurate grasp the core connotation of green economy,starting from the two aspects of resource consumption and environmental pollution,constructs the comprehensive measures of green economy development level,the economic development of the provinces in China green science evaluation,according to the results in the overall level of green economic development is not optimistic,present higher than that of the central,eastern central distribution pattern in the west of the above.Finally,taking green investment and the development level of green economy as the research object,the influence of green investment on the development level of green economy was analyzed by building an empirical model.The results show that,in China as a whole,green investment can promote the development of green economy at a certain level,and promote the quality of economic development.In terms of regions,green investment can significantly promote the development level of green economy in the eastern region,but not in the central region,while in the western region,green investment is negatively correlated with the development level of green economy.According to the above empirical conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
