The commercial bank at present is facing a complicated social and cultural environment, which is featured by multiplicity and continuous change because of the globalization of the world's economy. While the staff and managers of the bank have limited ability to adapt themselves to diversified consumers. It requires the bank to exploit human resources continually. Staff Training is the essential way and the essence of development of human resources. The school of Industrial and Commercial Bank of Inner Mongolia (technical secondary school) undertakes the task of the staff training, thus it is of great significance to study on the training management of the school.The thesis first elaborates the essential content of training management in school, studies the present situation of foreign banks' training management, then analyses problems existing in training management, finally it puts forward strategies to improve training management in the school: to reestablish the concept of training management; to choose the target of training management; to reform the system of training management; to improve the inspiring mechanism of training management; to distribute equitably the resource of training management; to gradually establish and improve the secure investmentmechanism of training management.It is hoped the proposed strategies will be helpful for training management practice in the school. |
