With the sustained development of the socialist market economy,talents are the important tongs on the road to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the field of banking,the excellent quality of bank staff is the current banking industry in a competitive market environment to maintain good efficiency,to achieve rapid development of the important guarantee.The lag of employee training of commercial banks should be paid attention to,which affects the improvement of personal quality and the improvement of bank service level,which will lead to the loss of bank talents and hinder the long-term development of banks.Therefore,the development of orderly bank employee training is a problem that Lanzhou commercial bank must pay attention to.This paper chooses Lanzhou agricultural commercial bank behavior research object,first,the research background,research significance,research ideas and content,research methods and technical routes are briefly summarized.Secondly,this paper expounds the current research status of the training management at home and abroad,the prevailing training management theory,and explains the basic classification and basic methods of training.Furthermore,based on the general situation of Lanzhou rural commercial bank and the current training management system,this paper makes investigation and data analysis of the training management of Lanzhou rural commercial bank,and analyzes the existing problems in the current training management of Lanzhou rural commercial bank.Fourth,the training management of Lanzhou rural commercial bank should be improved on the basis of insisting on the improvement goal,following the reasonable improvement principle,from the training needs,training planning formulation,training content improvement and training evaluation improvement.Finally,the full text is briefly summarized,and the prospect of the research is made.The author expects to analyze the current situation of training management in the human resource management of Lanzhou rural commercial bank,find out the practical problems existing in the training management,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide some useful suggestions for the reform of the human resource management system and the improvement of bank management and business level in Lanzhou rural commercial bank.
