With the flying progress of global information technology, the network economy focused on e-commerce is having a flourishing development. E-commerce is a sort of new stratagem that corporations manufacture, collocate the resources and manage the market through computers, network and such electronic instruments. Now, e-commerce has turn its steps from pure network to combining with traditional corporations. Many traditional transnational corporations begin to actualize e-commerce stratagem and prosecute online-marketing, vendor management, business process reengineering and so on. Because of the impact of information technology, the value of traditional corporations presents downtrend distinctly. Not only the created values are lessening, but also the competitive advantages will lost gradually. The traditional corporations have not adapted to the network economy as quickly as the new rising e-commerce corporations. So the traditional transnational corporations need to actualize e-commerce stratagem in order to open up a new complexion of management. Transnational corporations actualize e-commerce based on intranet, supply chain and customer relationship management in order to reduce the running cost, enhance the efficiency, actualize communion of information resources and boost up the corporations' competence. The global upsurge brings along the development of our country's e-commerce. From the rising in 1998, the e-commerce year, to the end of 2004, the marketing scale of our country's e-commerce has achieved 320 billions yuan. It is forecasted that the total marketing scale of our country's e-commerce will achieve 1700 billions yuan and the B to B marketing scale of e-commerce will achieve 1690 billions yuan in 2007. But taking one with another, our country's e-commerce is still at the underway level and the gap is wide compared with developed countrys' e-commerce.
