The Research On Intellectual Property Right Strategic Of Technical Transnational Corporation Of American And Japanese

Enterprise's intellectual property right strategy has already become the important component of the technical enterprise's business strategy, and it plays an important role to improve the enterprise's competitiveness. This thesis proceeded from the angle of the business strategy; it especially researched the intellectual property right strategy of American and Japanese technical Transnational Corporation on the basis of analyzing the reason that enterprises implement the intellectual property right strategy. As the important characteristics of technical Transnational Corporation is the internationalization of it's market ,there are very great differences in the environment of different market, so, this thesis divided international market into the markets of two kinds of developed and developing countries. It had two major threads that one is the intellectual property right strategy of the American technical Transnational Corporation in the two kinds of market, and the other is the intellectual property right strategy of the Japanese Transnational Corporation in the two kinds of market. It used SWOT strategy analysis method to deeply discuss the enterprises implement strategic environment, strategic choice and strategic implementing effect of intellectual property right strategy etc., then pointed out three kinds of typical strategic modes of intellectual property right which are the attacking type, offend-defend type and defence type. It further discussed the three kinds of strategic modes of intellectual property right of enterprise of American and Japanese. It compared the intellectual property right strategy of American enterprise in the two kinds of market with Japanese enterprises', then pointed out the difference of them. It used SWOT analysis and strategic cluster's model to research the choice of the strategic mode of enterprise's intellectual property right . Finally, it combined the current situation of our country's technical enterprise intellectual property right strategy of the successful experience of American and Japanese technical Transnational Corporation's intellectual property right strategy, then leaded out some enlightenment of our country's enterprise.
