The Development In China Of Instrument Transnational Corporation & The Strategy Of Domestic Enterprise

After Chinese economy get more and more involved with world economy,especially the entrance to WTO of China, many Transnational Corporations investedin China to broaden their markets, including the TNCs specialized in instrument &meter industry with high technology. This thesis firstly studies the domestic demand& sorts of instrument industry;secondly in light of the "the Eclectic Theory ofInternational Production" proposed by J·H·Duning,this thesis aims to discuss thepreconditions of entrance into China and the manufacture and R&D strategy in Chinaof Transnational Corporation in instrument & meter field;thirdly, to make FactorModel on the investment factors in instrument & meter field of TransnationalCorporations in China using the applied multivariate analysis;finally based on theabove analysis, to bring forward the problems and strategy of domestic enterprise, inorder to effectively boost the development of domestic enterprises and benefit the riseof Chinese economy.
