Although the human resource management is still at its primary stage in most domestic enterprises, more and. more importance is attached to it, as one of the most important modules of human resource management, performance management is put on to the agenda by many domestic entrepreneurs, lots of excellent theories and tools about performance management from outside the boarders are employed in our country.
