With the coming of information economy times, scientific management Performance evaluative system and the Process has become a link connecting enterprise strategy and human resources. It is very important to build a scientific assessment system on corporation Performance to evaluate corporation's strategic object timely and accurately. Therefore, The balanced scorecard has profound realistic significance as an effective instrument of performance assess and strategic management.Based on theory and practice of the balanced scorecard at home and abroad, analysis the design and implementation of BG Group Corporation's balanced scorecard, the author attempt to summarize a set of fit method and process for the implementation of domestic enterprise's balanced scorecard., then this paper presents some advice in enterprise's every aspect. this article adopting both theoretical analysis and real operation, first of all, it makes an overview on the relative theory of performance management, then it analyses the enterprise's basic situation,present situation of organization management,human resources management and performance management system and existing main problems, and design the balanced scorecard system of BG Group Corporation according to these problems. The focus of this paper is on the process of using balanced scorecard to design BG's performance management system. That is how to use BSC to decide the corporation's four facets of finance, customers, inner flow, study and development and Key Performance Indicator (KPI). On the base of the former four parts, then it gives the safeguard measures for successful implementation of BG Group Corporation's balanced scorecard. At the end of article, the conclusion was made. Further, the design of balanced scorecard system should be changed by the improvement of environments in order to mobilize the employee's enthusiasm.Though using balanced scorecard, this article aims at improving performance management system in BG Group Corporation, in order to play the advantages of human resources and enhance the core competitiveness.
