Circulareconomy is a kind of new economic performance pattern, which is founded on the endless circulation and use of matter and its harmonious coexistence with resources and environment. This essay mainly discusses a series of problems concerning circulareconomy in psychological perspective.Circulareconomy is founded on the principle of "reduce, reuse and recycle" , and it is characteristic of the circulative of productive elements, the systematism of subject, the continuity of comprehensive benefits, and the challenge against traditional economy. The harmony between man and nature is essential to circulareconomy. Man possesses initiative toward nature while nature restricts man' existence and development. Contradiction exists all the time, thus leading to unity of opposites. We have no choice but to develop circulareconomy to settle the unharmonious relationship between man and nature. The essence of circulareconomy is to develop in a scientific way, that is, the overall development of economy and society must centers on scientific development. Circulareconomy is not only the embodiment of setting up and implementing the concept of scientific development, but also the intrinsic quality of sustained development, main carrier and concrete implemental form.In the process of developing circulareconomy, we must recognize and deal with the relationship between system and element, the shortage of rare resources and the shortage of common resources, reasonable needs and prudence.
