Research On The Diversification Of New Agricultural Business Under The Concept Of Scientific Development

Agriculture is the foundation for the construction of national economy,which is relative to the national economy and the people's livelihood of millions of people.Party and the country have attached much importance to the development of agriculture.Especially since the reform and opening up,under the basic frame of household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output,traditional households are the subjects of agricultural operation.Agriculture has developed rapidly and obtained great social achievements and results.Under the guidance of the strategic ideology "two leaps",agricultural operating entities have transformed from the traditional households to the new operating entities.The new agricultural operating entities have performed diversified development pattern.Currently,Chinese new agricultural operating entities have gradually become the important force of modern agricultural transformation development.In this paper,by taking the economic development pattern transformation of China,especially the agricultural economic development pattern as the background,guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development,it makes static theoretical analysis and dynamic researches on the operating entities of modern agriculture.Of which,the static analysis mainly includes basic connotations of the new operating entities and its relationship with the transformation of agricultural development method.Moreover,it also describes the diversified,multiple,multilateral and regional characteristics of the new operating entities.The dynamic researches make objective analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the new operating entities' diversified development.In a conclusion,this paper puts forward the overall development thought for the diversified development of the new agricultural operating entities:taking the scientific outlook on development as the guideline,persisting in the general orientation of taking the contract responsibility system as the foundation,establishing and improving the marketing mechanism dominated by the market,supplemented by the governmental macroeconomic regulation and control,establishing and sounding the social service system of new economic development subject,and also reinforcing the construction of talents team.It can promote the new agricultural operating subjects to develop in diversity,orderly and healthily,further to promote the transformation of agricultural development method,and then finally realize the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable agricultural modernization,which puts people first.
