The competition among enterprises has become more and intense. The unique competitive advantage of modern enterprises is the ability to learn faster than your competitors. The enterprise has paid more and more importance on training &development. As regards nations, education and training can improve the integral quality of people so as to contribute to economic increase. As regards enterprises, training can develop the potential and capacity of employee so as to build the core competencies and realize the company objectives. As regards employees, training can enable them to update concepts and grasp new technology so as to meet higher requirements and take new challenges.See it from another angle, business enterprise's future competition potential is the result of the degree that a business enterprise train and cultivate its employees. That the taping the human resource of business enterprise timely, continuously and scheming is effective path of making the business enterprise vigorousAfter working so many years in Ji Lin Semiconductor Company, the author has lucubrated the training of the human resource of this company. Base on the training experience, four kinds of training systems and the working procedures of Philips have been thoroughly analyzed in this article, and also a simple introduction of Philips' cross-culture training has been given. Consequently we get the following experiences and inspiration from it:1 ,Training is the most important investment of an enterprise, it is only through training that we can make the human capital increment.2, The training requirement analysis should be taken seriously, then the training pertinent to satisfy the real requirement should be made.3, We should pay attention to varying the training objects to realize the men of ability totally optimized and assembled, then all the members can make great progress.
