It has been a ubiquitous and rather tough problem in enterprises recently how rationally and effectively human resources transfer. It has been an important research content in the management of human resources in enterprises how to hold and avoid losing in enterprises because of brain drain. Along with the rapid development of tourism, the function of tourism in the national economy is constantly increasing. But at the same time, the problem of the frequent transferring of the employed in tourism is put across day by day. In a long run, this goes against the healthy and continuous development of the whole tourism industry. Thus the study of the transfer of the employed in tourism has no time to delay.Proceeding from the point of view of enterprises and taking the transfer of human resources in tourism as a studying object, the purpose of this article is to help the enterprises deal with the recent problem of the transfer, and to promote the development and competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly the paper systematically reviews and evaluates the domestic and foreign theories on the transferring of human resources. According to the characteristic of tourism industry, the paper expounds and evaluates the present conditions of the employee transferring of the enterprises, and sums up factors and the main reasons that influence the transfer. Secondly, on the basis of theories by others, sets up an analysis model of the transfer, and analyzes in detail the reasons of the it, and also puts forward the design of the management of it. Moreover, it puts forward relative countermeasures and advices for the management of the transfer of human resources. Lastly, with a practical case of a tourism enterprise, it proves the above viewpoints. The writer visited and investigated a certain hotel and points out problems in the hotel and offered some advices.
