Guizhou, a relatively poor and less developed province in western regions, is facing unrepeatable challenges and opportunities. Enterprises are the cells of the national economy, which represents the level of regional economic development. In order to develop and get the opportunity of China Western Development, Guizhou needs to cultivate and build a batch of excellent enterprises. And the success of enterprises' depends on those enterprise management talents, who are full of passion and entrepreneurship. To cultivate a good enterprise management talent team is the requirement of promoting enterprises' sustainable development. And it is also the urgent needs that Guizhou's economy can have a fast increasing period.At first, taking Human capital theory as the basic theory, the thesis analyses the formation and development of this theory and the impact on economic development of our country, and explores the basic concept of talent. Then the thesis defines the concept of the enterprise management talent and briefs its construction. It analyses the present situation of team building of enterprise management talent in our province.Secondly, the paper seriously analyses the problems and its causes of team building of enterprise management talent. And according to the requirements of the time and the rule of the growth of enterprise management talent, it puts forward the general way of guidance thinking, development objectives and main tasks of team building of enterprise management talent.As the core of the paper, aiming at the main problems in the team building of enterprise management talent, it brings forward some measures and suggestions from the aspects of thought and conception, policy environment, management system, running mechanism, and talent cultivation, evaluation, selection, introduction and mobilization, which combines the realistic status of our province and that of the enterprises. This subject research has important realistic significance.
