With the acceleration of economic and financial globalization and the expansion of transnational corporations,especially transnational financial corporations,the international financial environment becomes more complicated.At the same time,in the domestic financial market,more and more competition has emerged.In promoting the healthy development of banks and other financial organizations,the continuous,critical and decisive influence of talents is more and more obvious.Therefore,establishing a team of professional and technical personnel with strong comprehensive strength is of great significance for promoting the core competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks and seizing the market initiative.Taking G Bank as an example,this thesis further discusses the problems existing in its human resource management and the countermeasures.On the basis of the current total number of employees,gender structure,age structure,education structure,post structure,source structure and leadership of G Bank,this thesis conducted an in-depth study on the construction of talent team of G Bank and analyzed the existing problems by using the methods of interviewing external supervisors and resigned personnel and questionnaire survey of internal employees.After a comprehensive study,it is concluded that there are five problems in the construction of talent team in G Bank: outstanding structural contradiction of talent,imperfect talent management mechanism,poor effect of building training system,insufficient salary incentive level,and insufficient construction of human resource management team.The above problems have become urgent problems to be solved in the human resource management of G Bank,and also become the bottleneck of the reform and development of G Bank.In order to further improve the construction of talent team of G Bank,this thesis draws on the research status at home and abroad,combined with the incentive theory,and carries on a profound analysis and discussion on the problems faced in the construction of talent team.Put forward to strengthen the management system,enhance the vitality of the bank;Clear the focus of cultivation,strengthen the construction of the system;Increase wage reward,strengthen performance evaluation;Accelerate the adjustment of talent structure and other five measures.In the case of the increasingly fierce competition in the financial market,this thesis aims to lay the foundation of talents for G Bank to realize rapid transformation and development in a short time and become a large commercial bank with greater influence,thus laying certain theoretical and practical experience for the development of G Bank.
