This paper discussed the corporate culture as a system, and its measurement assessment. From the perspective of psychological contract.In recent years, research on corporate culture is gradually cooling its heat, but the use of quantitative methods to study the theory of corporate culture has gradually been academic concerns. All the signs indicate that the measure corporate culture research has come to the most forward part in the study on enterprise culture and even the management study itself, and to a certain extent, it has been existing as an integration of concepts and theories of the management science in the past.Further, as systems science, computer science, anthropology, sociology, psychology and other related disciplines developed, the enterprise culture research studies from other disciplines of related concepts and theory and research methods. Especially Chaos perspective enables researchers to look at the macro enterprise culture systems more as a system,.On the other hand, the psychological contract research in recent years is the new hot spot. Psychological contract theory is widely applied in organizational performance, behavioral sciences, incentive and remuneration of research design. Generally speaking, the psychological contract development and research enterprise culture is gone two separated clues.
