With the more drastic competition of market, the accelerating speed of information processing and communications, and the arrival of the globe economy. they are named boundaryless organization, which have some styles, for example, flattening organization,cross-functions team,process re-engineering,learning organization,virtual corporation,strategic alliances,network organization and so on, which elaborate the organizational transform under the new environment from different angles, boundaryless organization is the enterprise or enterprise unified body through breaking the visible boundary or invisible boundary. It is wrong to understand the concept only by superficial significance understanding. It may be the ultra configuration of organization, and it is not absolute denial for all boundaries. It is unfixed and various. They all are boundaryless organization which is mentioned in the preceding text.There has had the change in psychological contract between staff and enterprise along with boundaryless organization structure transformation. Boundaryless organization transformation make psychological contract unstable. The difficulty in the transforms process will dampen staff's enthusiasm, and it original make psychological contract unbalanced, The related research indicates, if an organization only emphasizes on the official labor contract fulfilling, neglects staff's psychological contract,the staff often displays for a lower satisfactory feeling, because their expectation has not certainly obtained satisfies, they possibly reduce themselves to the work contribution, reduce own work performances even to change the job. On the contrary, if staff's psychological expect can be emphasized and satisfied, they often produce the satisfaction feeling, are willing to keep in this organization, and work diligently. Based on this, it is necessary to construct psychological contract in the transforms process.This paper attempts to take the psychological theory which already exists as the foundation, unite the boundaryless organization's characteristics and the psychological contract request based on the boundaryless organization structure transformation, discuss the boundaryless organization's psychological contract's constructional way and its entire process management, and provide the reference thoughts for the solution of the psychological contract management in question.
